Position: Mgr. III - Manufacturing IT Technical Services (SAP exper)
Location: Federal Way, WA
Key Functions: The Mgr. III - Manufacturing IT Technical Services supports
the Manufacturing Technical Services Unit in support of Weyerhaeuser IT
units and customers. Oversees the delivery of key services for Process
Information Management Systems (including PIMS, InTouch), Manufacturing
Execution Systems (including InTrack, Factory Suite), and the
Manufacturing Information Technology Lab. Manages manufacturing
specialists in the configuration, testing, documentation, implementation
and installation of process information management and manufacturing
execution systems. Systems may include reliability management, roll
tracking and interfaces to process control. Supports Manufacturing
Information Technology Lab operations including operation of equipment,
customer service, system testing, and executing change and configuration
processes.
Requirements: Masters degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or
Science , or equivalent education, training and/or experience. At least 12
or more years of successful professional experience in information
technology with a primary focus in manufacturing systems. Knowledge of
process information systems, manufacturing execution systems, or
Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Candidate should have a strong
working knowledge of client server technologies in shop floor operations
(i.e. Microsoft, HP, Intel, SAP, WonderWare, CIM21,PI). Proficient in
developing business and financial plans. Ability to guide and influence
all levels of employees, management and customers to understand their
needs, establish program objectives and recommend
approaches/solutions.
