Hi All.
I keep hearing great things about SAP and want to learn what all the fuss
is about.
Is SAP a package as well as a language?
What is the language?
I have long term experience in Informix related products including the
database and 4GL/SQL tools surrounding it. I live in Texas.
Is demand sufficiently high such that someone with my experience could
take a course and then secure a contract? (Perhaps on a reduced rate
initially).
What kind of hourly rates are being paid to SAP specialists?
What is PeopleSoft and are they competitors, is it worth learning that
instead?
Are there any statewide training organizations, which offer excellent SAP
courses?
What are the long-term prospects for SAP and how do they fit in to the
Client Server or latterly n-tier models popular today?
