I am interested in the experiences anyone has had with SAP reporting tools.
Some specifics:
a) Which tools (ABAP QUERY, LIS, EIS, etc) seem to be the most effective
for report generation.
b) How stable are the tools.
c) What processes have you put in place for report generation
- what skills required
- what testing process is used including the use of test clients
- how do you get data into the testing platform
- how is security handled
d) What non-SAP tools are being used and how effective are they.
