Hi, Jose ...
I have no experience with this 'Live Model' of Intellicorp ... May be it can save some
times but basically, and this advice is the feedback of about 5 years of SAP projects,
the only possibility to reduce implementation time is to respect the following rules :
* Dedicate some internal ressources at 100% to the project. Be carefull to the
people your integrate in the team : they must be motivated and very curious
* Prepare the Top-, but also the middle-management, to the organizational
changes SAP will bring (no doubt about that ...) ... be carefull to
'politicians' who will slow down the project ...
* Key rule for a success story : do not hesitate to use an experienced
consultant to support your implementation. Most of them seems expensive, it's
true, but if you get a good one, you'll save months of workload for your team.
