7 This  software  product  has been   developed  using  sap 
development tools for inhouse use  of  the  bcss. it  intends  to 
provide  processing of monthly payroll  of aprox  300  employees  of 
bcss  located  at  vari
ous  branches.
7 Its  special  features  includes, automatic  tax  computation, 
arrear processing, accumulation  of  yearly  data  for  individual 
employees, blocking individual salary  processing, mass  change 
procedure  for  emplo
yee  master database, simulation  facility  etc.
7 In  this  module , concept  of  grade  dependent  allow., slab
dependent allowances, divisions, cost centers, departments, grades 
were  duly  considered  for  data storage &  reports  generation.
Major  output of this module includes, monthly  salary slips, salary
register , bank transfer statements, statutory returns, tax related
forms & certifcates etc.    

Security System - Visitors Module				     (  Mar  1996
 to  Apr  1996 )	
7 This  is an  independent  module  for  monitoring  of visitors 
movement into company premises. the  input  for  this  module  were in 
the  form  of incoming visitors  data, which  were  duly  validated 
against  vari
ous  atab  parameters, and the output were generated in form  of 
visitorss  slips, status reports ,issuing  online  messages / warnings
 to  enable  users  to  control  movement  of  visitors.

Library Management System		 		     (  Jan 1996  TO 
Feb 1996 )
7 This  module  has been  developed  for  the  management of office 
library using  ABAP  facilities  to  develop  customer  specific 
applications.
7 The  development  work  involved  extensive  usages  of  data 
dictionary,screen painter, menu painter, creation of  ATAB tables,
writing process logic, defining PF  keys  and  ABAP/ 4  Module  pools.
7 The  system  dealt  with  the  complexities of  penalties /
reservation / de-reservations / reminders to defaulters / subscription
renewal suppor and new  books  procurement  support etc.
7 Report  generation  included on line  status  of  availibility of 
books, overdue  books, usages of  particular  book to  support  buying 
decisi on , apart  from  normal  requirements of  an  office  library 
managemen
t system.

TDS Computation Module		           				  (
 Dec 1995 )	    
The  project  was  to develop a  module  for  computation  of income
tax deducted  from  monthly  salaries  of  around 300 employees of  
BCSS, comprising of  the followings :
7 Storing  master  data  for  various  employees, salary  details,
investment  &  other  related  control  parameters. 
7  Controlling  parameters, rates, slabs, percentages etc. as per 
income tax  of  india, keeping  in  view  the fact that  these get 
changed every year with the   finance act  coming  into  force.
7 Creation of dynpros & related process logic,atab tables ,transactions
 &  menus.	
7 Processing of master  data  for computing tds via a  specially 
developed  module pool.
7 Auto  generation  of  periodical  reports , statutory  forms & 
statements, certificate etc. using  abap/4.
RF (  Financial Accounting )  Implementation		 ( Oct 1995   TO 
Nov 1995 )
7 The  project  involved  user  requirement  study  and system 
requirments study, customisation of sap-rf module  to  the  clients 
requirement, test run &  final  implementation. 
7 Played  major  role in  ascertainment  of  various  company
paramaters, setting relevent  atab  tables, defining  field  strings 
for  master / transaction.
7 Also, developed  customer  specific  ABAP  programs / reports eg.
ledger, trial balance, balance sheet etc. , using  data  dictionary,
