Dear all,
I sorry, I think this topic was probably discussed not too long ago. I
guess I was sleeping at the time :-)
Could someone please tell me what is a good measure of dteremination ("coeff
of determination", R-squared) for the GLM setting (i.e. the likelihood
rather than the least-square setting). I am calculating a poisson GLM and I
would like to get an idea of the amount of variation explained.
Any reference would also be good (I have searched McCullogh & Nelder w/o
success).
Best wishes,
Ottar
