I recently acquired S Plus. I need to use the techniques
described in Liang and Zeger's 1986 paper "Longitudinal Data
Analysis for Discrete and Continous Outcomes", to analyze a data
set. I obtained a program from StatLib which handles generalized
estimating equations. Unfortunately, it seems that I need version
9.0 of Watcom C++ to run this program. This version of C++ is no
longer available in the software stores (though it is available from
Watcom for $450, which is too expensive for a graduate student).
If anyone has any advice, then I would greatly appreciate it. My e-mail
