latex.table requires translate which requires tr and sed. Tr and
sed are standard unix function which don't exist under dos.
Partial solution:
tr.exe from uxutl*.zip in directory sysutils from simtel20 (mirrored at
many sites). This seems to suffice to make latex.table work in simple
examples.
Missing:
For full functionality of translate sed is needed. 'Haven't found it yet.
