I'm just getting started using canonical correlation
I found a brief writeup of the methodology for canonical correlation in the
V&R book.
I would appreciate if anyone on this list
has any SPLUS functions that I could use for preparing and summarizing
canconical correlation analyses.
In particular I'm looking to summarize the proportion of variance explained
by the canonical correlates.
If I receive any replies, I'll summarize for the readers of this list.
