I'm using
S-Plus Version 3.3 Release 1 for Sun SPARC, SunOS 5.3 : 1995
(I have S-Plus 5, but it hasn't been installed yet.)
I'm confused by some behavior of coxph, perhaps I've found a bug. I've
done some simulations and it appears that the "loglik" values returned
as part of the object returned by coxph are off by a factor of 2. Am I
missing something? Is this a known bug? Thanks.
