Ok... *Didn't know that*. I went to the Project page, and when I
tried to modify, I got:
"Service temporarily unavailable. Try again."
(Which was just the chuckle I needed)
Trying again did work, and it now looks like the right info is there.

This is an ACL problem- you probably are not on the list as an
evaluation participant.
