Bob,
According to what I see in the Project DB entry for this project, you're the
only one authorized to update the project db entry, and to fix the broken link
(gods and demi-gods, notwithstanding).
There's a reference in the documents section to:
https://web.mit.edu/cal/ctime/.
When I try to access this from a browser, I get punted -- forbidden access --
so the scheme error is probably a result of that same error message. To correct
the entry in the pdb for the Home Page, delete the old entry for the document,
and then enter a new Home Page document entry.
