just some quick notes on problems Bob has noticed with the project database:
1. the page produced by a search doesn't match the top page. specifically,
the "Project Contact" column is missing.
Miki, would you please put that column in.
2. There was no "Project Notebook" in the document list.
I put this document type in, with the description "The project notebook is
an on-line archive of documents related to a specific project."
3. He is very happy with the "Notebook" style entry in the Home column.
However, he was wondering if we could put different names in for different
types of links. E.g., if someone has a "Project Home Page", put "Home Page"
in instead of "Notebook".
Note: this is NOT a priority. Further, as we move towards all projects
having project notebooks, with the various documents "under" the notebook
(or home page), we may want to consider removing the other documents from
the database and only keeping a Notebook link.
Miki, could you investigate how hard it would be to do this? Please don't
do it until we've talked more about whether it is worth the effort.
4. Modify and Project Info pages are in different order.

I propose that we change the Modify page, putting it into the same order as
