Search by status needs to be a pick list.

I was showing off the project database to Rocklyn Clarke today and
wanted to show all completed projects.
Filling in "completed" in the free-form text box turned up no results.
Filling in "Completed" worked just fine.
We should put in the queue of suggestions to change the status search to
a pick list.
