I spent a little time with Allison this afternoon. In using the Project DB,
she has a few comments:
1. We should add CG and ABST somewhere. Given the simple model, probably
these belong in "processes".
2. adolan needs to be added to the directors list.
3. while there seems to be a process directors list, there doesn't seem to
be a practice directors list. However, business practice directors
certainly do have projects that they are running/sponsoring. Should
(tregan, vkumar, dennis) be added -- maybe to the directors list (and quit
calling it a process directors list, just call it a directors list?)
4. Processes and Practices should be capitalized -- especially since people
keep talking about "small-p" and "big-p" processes.
5. She tried making a project "formal" to move it from the "informal
projects" section to the project summary. Nothing happened, as I think the
move depends on process and/or practice. This is counter-intuitive.
