1. Provide a tutorial on the Project Database
1a. talk to training (competency group directors, etc.) about a
continuing training program on use of the Project DB.
2. Provide "user's guide" type directions on how to use this
3. Get Bob Ferrara (and other directors?) to write up how they expect
to use it. Then go back in a while and help them revise to show how
they are really using it.
4. Collect bug reports and suggestions. Triage--do the quick
adjustments, hold off on the one's that require us to redo the world,
and answer the misunderstandings. Make sure we at least acknowledge
receipt of all of them.
5. Plan a "data collection" effort to find out how well the db is
doing, and what else needs to be done. This should not be scheduled
until we have some reasonable time in experience with the db.
