After getting the new data from Bill Cattey, I changed once more arachne's
DB. With the exception of few changes which Bruce will make to the feel and look
of the HTML, the data is as good as it is going to be. It is pretty hard to
input the descriptions, and although I tried my best, there may be some errors
in the descritions. Project leaders could fix the few errors that may have crept
inadvertantly between the original file, Bill's transalting it into an
E-mail, sql loading it and me trying to correct it through the Web interface.
After Bruce's last word tomorrow on the pl/sql interface, we will be ready to
transition to W91.
