I am very sorry that you were inconvenienced by the Project Database
misbehaving.
Unfortunately, without a paste-in of the error message you received, I
cannot be of any help in telling you what was going on.
There is one annoying bug where when you go to the project database for
the first time in a session, it complains:
Service temporarily unavailable. Try again.
Click the Reload button on your browser (Ctrl-R in lynx).
And clicking Reload does in fact get you right in.
I have successfully updated a project this minute to confirm that the
service is up and running.
Do please send us the error message you got, and we'll proceed from there.
