Hello Bob. Dennis, Miki, and I have modified projects today.
Two thoughts. Starting on the delivery page, the first access
to the project database says all projects but it is for viewing,
not for update. Second, Miki suggests re-loading pages since you
could have stale pages. You could try flushing the cache (Options->
network preferences)
If you continue to have trouble, could you tell us which project
and when you attempted to access?
