Since I dared touch the user interface at all, I asked Bruce to make a
few other cosmetic or bug fixing changes as well:
1. I felt the description field looked wrong in Italic. I asked him to
make an aesthetic judgement on displaying the descriptions we have (now
that we have a good list of live descriptions) and to change the
formatting.
2. I noticed that it's not possible to modify an issue. I asked Bruce
to put in analagous functionality to the existing task modification
interface for the purpose of modifying issues. In this way it will be
possible to actually CLOSE an issue.
