This morning, when I tried to access the project database, I got a message
that I hadn't seen before:
The security library has experienced a database error.
You will probably be unable to connect to this site securely.
What isn't clear to me is whether this is a client side, or server side,
failure. In any case, the connection to project-db did not complete.
What should I do?
