Looking at the logs, somehow you managed to make an SSL connection to
the project database without any certificate information. I don't know
whether the problem was at the server or client end.
In case the problem crops up in the future, I've changed the "project
modify" page to include info on who you are, e.g.
You (BRLEWIS) are allowed to modify this project.
If the problem shows up again, you'll see something like this:
You (WEBUSER) are NOT allowed to modify this project.
