Janet Littell, when she ran in the corrections to the pointers to the
project database, saw this prose on our "front door" page:
"To access the DB, you must use certificates."
Since port 8888 was created to allow access without certificates, this
paragraph should probably change.
Mike: Is this issue already in your queue to be dealt with?
