Apparently something sucked up all the swap space on Arachne, and that
was causing the project database not to work today.
Pete Kelley identified the problem and had the machine rebooted.
Unfortunately, the automatic restart of the athena inetd was never put
into the rc files, so we can't remotely log in right now. Peter has the
action item to see that this is fixed on Monday.
