-(2) The "you have to put text all on one line" is really annoying.
-Particularly for quarterly report accomplishments, where you really do
-want to have separate lines for each accomplishment.
I knew I forgot something. This won't confuse you, Ted, but it might
be confusing for some users.
The quarterly report fields (goals and accomplishments) are true text
fields. They are limited to 2,000 characters, but feel free to use
carraige returns in them. Note: when displayed, netscape converts
returns to space and wraps where it wants to. To get what you want
displayed, either use <p> where needed or put <pre> </pre> around your
text.
I.e., yes, for these two fields you can use separate lines for each
accomplishment/goal--make it human-readable. Use HTML to get it to
display the way you want.
Sorry, I forgot about making sure that was included in the
announcement.
