One more suggestion. It would be useful to build in some web counters
into the Project Database. I for one am interested in how many people
are actually visiting the project db; both at the top-level and on a
per-project basis. (i.e., how many people are actually drilling down
and viewing a particular project's details).
It's much easier to motivate oneself to spend a lot of time keeping a
project in the project database uptodate if one knows that other people
in I/S are actually going to look at it!
