Some new features were added to the Project DB, facilitating the production
of the Quarterly Report.
1. Two new fields were added to the project, current quarter achievments and
next quarter goal. The fields could be modified by accessing the Modify This
Project form.
2. To start with, all projects have for the new fields the value NONE.
3. The main page of the Project DB has a new button : QReport. Accessing the
button, produces a report of all projects with their Current Q. Achievments
followed by all projects and their Next Q. Goals.
4. To get the Quarterly Report for projects in a given process access:
https://arachne.mit.edu/pdb/db.cgi/pdb.pdb_user.show_quarterly_process?process=delivery (or integration...service.. support...discovery).
