I think the best way would be to list them in the documents section
of the project.
while there is a charter document type currently available, there
is not a report type. if you want to add this, please have greg
anderson (or another director) access

on that page, there is a Add New Document Types button. This allows
directors to add new types.
Incidentally, many of the buttons on this page do not work (e.g. View
Document Types) This page was "orphaned" during the development
process and needs some cleaning up to function well.
