Some bug found in inserting team leaders

We found yesterday, that our routine for inserting team leaders has a bug.
I am working to fix it. Meanwhile I would like to be known that ending a list of
team members in the Modify Project From with a coma (,) sends the procedure
insert_team_leaders into an infinite loop. Be carefule please, till we fix the
problem.
