I talked with Ron Parker on the phone and answered some of his questions.
He is going to check on Arachne, and take appropriate action.
He is also going to provide additional information that will be helpful
in the future in minimizing down time by making it easier to get
Database folks involved more quickly.
We can expect email from him saying what action he took.
I told him that I did not expect people to be making significant use of
the project DB for the rest of this evening, and that he could take
extra time and review and debug things if he felt it necessary.
