Revised DFS Subgroup agenda

Here is the current version of the agenda.
There appears to be some confusion as to the times. Peter Oleinick's messages
for the DME/DCE SIG meeting indicate that subgroups run from 2-5 pm
on Monday (Oct 31) afternoon, while the OSF agenda indicates that
subgroups from from 1-5 pm in the afternoon. All I can suggest is that
you play it by ear at the Mariott next Monday.
