OSF SuperSIG Week
Monday, October 31 - Thursday, November 3, 1994
Boston, MA
SuperSIG Week is designed to give OSF members the
opportunity to participate in multiple group's
activities and will maximize the busy schedules of
members who want to participate more fully in SIG and
Forum activities.
Each active OSF SIG, several SIG working groups, and the
Standards Coordinating Committee plan to hold meetings
during this week. As plans are finalized, SIG and Forum
chairs
will send meeting agendas directly to email lists of
regular participants. Included below is information for
registering and booking hotel reservations.

The reservation cut off date is October 9, 1994.
After this date the reserved block of rooms will
be released and reservations will be accepted on

General Session & Reception - Tuesday
***************************************
We invite all members attending SuperSIG Week to
attend an OSF General Session and Reception, Tuesday,
November 1, 4:00 - 7:30 PM at the Boston Marriott
Newton.
Following the OSF update to members, 4:00 - 5:00 PM, OSF
will host an informal reception. This is a good time to
informally talk to OSF management, greet old friends,
and make new contacts.

Pre-Registration Required

There is no charge for the meeting. However, you must
register in advance to attend the individual sessions
during SuperSIG Week. Continental breakfast and lunch
will be provided each day. You are free to make your
own arrangements for dinner. Near-by restaurant
information will be provided in your registration
packet.
**Deadline for meeting registration is Friday, October
21.**
It is necessary to register for EACH SIG meeting
you plan to attend. This will ensure that we plan
accurate seating arrangements, and that presenters make
the appropriate number of handout copies for attendees.

information.
