Education needs to be timed correctly. It is just as important WHEN
information is presented as is important WHAT is presented. Therefore,
I propose that there should be a "Libertarian Answer Line", either a
telephone number, an e-mail address, or both, where anyone can pose
questions or concerns about the Libertarian movement, at any time. This
will reduce the barrier to information flow, and will allow people's
concerns to be handled when they form.

Maybe we can start this as an e-mail address, and if it catches on
propose that the national party use it as a campaigning tool. (They
would set up a national 800 number that forwards calls to volunteer
staffers according to a schedule, so you could take calls in your
residence or office at certain prearranged times.)

The system would effectively provide "canned" answers most of the time,
and it might sound silly to have an elaborate system to repeat
information that is already written down. However, I think the
information needs to be spoon-fed to the masses in bite size pieces, and
a national 800 number is a good method to use (if the $$ is available)
