Is Alice Rivlin, the soon to be nominee for OMB, the Clintonista
that proposed taking a one-time 10% or so chunk out of all IRA and
401(k) accounts, and proposed forcing pension funds to invest in
inner-city real estate and other "progressive" things of that nature?
