I've finally broken down and made myself a PGP encryption key.
I was thinking it may be a good thing for the libertarians
to get involved in as well. We could assist/encourage people
to make keys, trade them, help certify them and so on,
In general, we could get involved with crypto-debriefing to
all new members. Then we could all send test posts to each
other in encrypted form and call Clinton names behind his
back.
I personally do not have the expertise to be considered anything
above "novice" in the world of cryptography, but electronic
issues and privacy seem definately more interesting to MIT
undergrads than political debates at the moment, and they do
exude support for libertarian ideals in fairly practical ways.
