We spent most of the meeting discussing the draft of the support plan
Carla brought. There was general approval, although there are still
some details to be worked out.
One issue with the design of Layered Athena that came up is that of
communicating via email. What if email does not work on the
workstation? And when we "install" email in the Basic Athena
Services, we have to be able to support local accounts and/or the
Athena mailhubs.
After discussing the help subset some more, we decided that olc should
be put in basic athena services, olh in applications (note that it
requires andrew to work in X mode), and leave just the man pages
there, changing the subset name to man.
We felt that we have a good handle on things now, and do not need to
meet again right away. The next meeting will be scheduled when
there's something to discuss, probably in 3 weeks. It will be
announced via email.
