I have to agree with John Kohl's point for the same reason.  As a
person who frequently installs and uninstalls individual applications,
being able to say, "Our binary installation of kerberos consists of
/usr/local/lib/krb5, /usr/local/include/krb5, ... is very useful.  If
you want to change krb5/krb5.h to krb5/k5-krb5.h or something like
that, then people who want to just include k5-krb5.h can do as John
said and use a -I flag.
