I've updated the DES glue code to do the proper thing with padding,
confounders, and checksums (and slightly modified the RFC to make it easier to
compute the checksum; requiring the checksum to be computed on the whole mess
with the checksum set to zero, then inserting the checksum).
THIS WILL REQUIRE A COMPLETE RELINK on every platform, and a rebuild from
scratch of your KDC principal databases.
