I've checked in changes to various files to reflect changes to the mk_priv/mk_safe interfaces (they gain an rcache argument, which is used to enter the outgoing message so that you can detect reflect attacks). I've also updated rd_safe/rd_priv to actually use the rcache for replay detection.
