It's also necessary to modify mk_safe and mk_priv to use the same replay cache as is used by the rd_* versions; this makes sure you're not spoofed by someone reflecting a message back to you. Ted, we need to coordinate on updating the kprop stuff; it's currently the only user of mk/rd_safe/priv. (except for krb425, which I'm playing with at the moment)
