Actually, I think you know that I feel the same way. I have
been suggesting login libraries since I've known enough about
UNIX to know what I library is. Still, though, other people's
login libraries will not necessarily include kerberos. Thus, my
original point still holds. We should probably supply diffs
rather than (or preferably in addition to) finished code so that
people who have to modify code to kerberos login whether that
code be in login.c or in a login library can do so with as
little pain as possible.
