In the process of tracking down the replay cache file descriptor leak
in kadmind, I found a number of memory leaks in the gssapi/kadm5/rpc
libraries. While I have not definitively found the replay cache leak,
I believe I know where it is and am waiting until I can verify the
fact.

Meanwhile, I plan to check in some of the changes this week.

Some of the memory leaks were on a per request basis, while others on
a per process level or in the screw case when one's credentials had expired.

I checked the code as well as I can, using pruify on the libraries in
question to ensure that I have not introduced as errors caused by
reference to freed memory by my changes. There were none of these
problems, but you never know. All self tests pass on the Alpha and SunOS.

If something does break, let me know so I can track it down.

	Ezra
