I have to agree with barr3y. After building kerberos, zephyr,
discuss, etc., and building THREE copies of imake, com_err, ss, et,
etc., we came up with the idea of a utils tar. So you have a block of
#define's for each local utility. This isn't a big deal. Besides,
those utilities are useful in their own right, and if they are
separate instead of bundled, maybe more people will use them for their
own code.
