KADM5 api func & design spec moved to CVS

adb-unit-test.tex
have been moved to the doc/kadm5 in the CVS repository. This is now
their permanent home (unless the doc tree is reorganized), so I am
DELETING them from /mit/krbdev/doc.
Note that there are still many other documents in
/mit/krbdev/doc/specs/admin, some even related to the kadm5 api. They
should get moved slowly over time to the CVS tree, or deleted if they
no longer apply to MIT's implementation of KADM5. I moved these four
files now because they definately should be part of the CVS tree now.
