Bug in mac project files

Looks like the lib/des/crypto piece of the mac CW project file expects to have
the file f_pcbc.c to build. The kerbsrc.tar file that the mac section of the
Makefile builds however does not include this file. This is the second error
I noticed of missing files, the first I believe was f_entry.c or something
close to that, i can go look again if necessary...
Looks like its going to be a few patches to get the underlying Makefile.in
files correct, as well as changing the Mac Project files... One note is that
in the ChangeLog, from sometime in 94, it is mentioned that the f_pcbc.c file
doesn't belong in the des, but in the des425 tree..
