There are two places in thekrb5 libraries that I know of that
call krb5_init_context: Richard's patch to get a v4 srvtab, and the
GSSAPI routines. There is not currently a way to require that these
routines use a secure context for a particular application, nor is
there a way to change the contents of these contexts(things like
default realm) once you convince the context it is secure, so it
ignore environment variables.
