While tracing down an rlogind failure on Solaris, Richard
Basch and I discovered that rlogind is not using packet mode on a
streams environment. This is wrong, but apparently, under streams,
you need to use getmessage if you are going to use the streams packet
mode (provided by the pckt module). This should eventually be
implemented.
