Our krb library and our krb5 library must (this will almost
certainly be an Athena requirement for dialups) reverse resolve and
use the name you get back from the IP address for getting host
tickets. Currently, the v4 library has code to do this that is
disabled by default. This is being entered to make sure we don't
release before fixing this--not because it's hard.
