Jonathan reported a problem with the Kerberos 5 beta 5 and the
window resize not being handled correctly. He also reported that
he has the ANL mods installed.

I tried to reproduce the problem, starting from a AIX 3.2.5 system,
and contacting a SunOS 4.1.3, Solaris 2.3 and AIX 3.2.5 system.
All of these reported the correct window size as shown by stty -a,
and all of then responed to window size change events.

I changed the krlogind.c code on July 5 to allow it to compile
on a HP or SGI by testing to make sure TIOCGPGRP was defined.

I also changed login.c to test for POSIX_TERMIOS before doing
ioctls for TIOCLSET or TIOCNXCL. This was done on Jul 10.
This was based on other bug reports to the krb5-bugs list.
May be it fixed the window size problem?

I have placed a new version of the ANL changes out
in ftp://achilles.ctd.anl.gov/pub/kerberos.v5/k55.cdiff.950714

Last week Jonathan reported a problem with a "clock skew" message
from krsh. That one I do get.
