With krb5.b5 plus ANL patches, on SunOS 4.1.3_u1, Ultrix
4.2a+ipmulticast, Linux 1.2.10, 1.2.11, and 1.3.10, the krb5 rlogin
client fails to propagate tty size to the rlogin server. The tty size
on the server (as shown by stty size) ends up as `0 0'.

This breaks nearly any screen-oriented application. vi defaults
to the tty size given in a termcap/terminfo entry, silently
mismatching lines on-screen and in the buffer.

On SunOS and ULtrix, if I use CNS krb4 (which I've configured to use
V4-compatible srvtabs extracted from krb5, and the krb5
krb.{conf, realms}, the CNS krb4 clients, talking to the krb5.B5
daemons, propagate both the initial tty size and tracks changes (e.g.,
due to X window resizes.) (I haven't tried krb4 on Linux).

This suggests the problem may be somewhere in the Krb5.B5 rlogin
client-side tty setup or ``protocol'' code.
